If you review these lists and find that an issue that you are experiencing has been fixed but has not been published as a public hot fix and you're willing to accept the risk of the private hot fix you can contact Developer Support -

and detail the BR number and ask if you can get the private hot fix.
Please note that this is the last hot fix for NA52.
Provided there are no critical regression issues this private hot fix will be published to the public downloads December 8th.
The next private hot fix which will include for NA63 is scheduled for December 8th.
