Next Private Hot Fixes - February 2008

Below is the list of upcoming private hot fixes for Infragistics products.  Should these dates change, I will provide an update as soon as I am notified.

- NetAdvantage for .NET (ASP.NET/Windows Forms):  February 29.  This was previously scheduled for February 22, but will be delayed due to resource needs.  This will be the last private hot fix released for NetAdvantage for .NET 2006 Volume 3 and the first for NetAdvantage for .NET 2008 Volume 1, and will include all versions in between.
- TestAdvantage for Windows Forms (HP-QTP):  February 29.  Again, this was previously scheduled for February 22, and will be delayed for the same reason.  This will include fixes for TestAdvantage for HP-QTP 2006 Volume 2 through 2007 Volume 3.
- NetAdvantage for WPF:  February 22.  This will be the first private hot fix for NetAdvantage for WPF 2007 Volume 2, and will also include NetAdvantage for WPF 2007 Volume 1.
- NetAdvantage for JSF:  February 22.  This will be the first private hot fix for NetAdvantage for JSF 2007 Volume 2, and will also include NetAdvantage for JSF 2007 Volume 1.

You can see what development issues QA is currently working on for upcoming hot fixes by using the Incident and Bug Report Search page:
http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Protected/IncidentBugReportSearch.aspx

To get a list of what issues are awaiting testing, enter a search state of "In QA."  The following link goes directly to the results of a search for all development issues that are in an "In QA" status:
http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Protected/MyBugReports.aspx?type=Search&state=8

To get a list of issues that have been verified as fixed by QA and are due to be released in a hot fix, enter a search state of "Awaiting Hot Fix Release."  The following link goes directly to the results of a search for all development issues that are in an "Awaiting Hot Fix Release" status:
http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Protected/MyBugReports.aspx?type=Search&state=4

Each development issue contains customer contact information for who will be notified (via their member profile e-mail address) with a link to the private hot fix when the hot fix is released.

If you find a development issue similar to something you are encountering, and if you have not previously reported this issue to Developer Support, please submit a new support request to Developer Support.  Be sure to detail the development issue (BR) number that you found as a possible duplicate.  If you would like Developer Support to verify that your issue is the same as what you've found, please provide steps and/or a sample to reproduce your problem.  The following page of our website lists the ways you can receive assistance from Infragistics, specifically under the "Product Support" section:

Depending on precisely when NetAdvantage for .NET 2008 Volume 1 is released, the hotfix release date may need to be adjusted, or may not include the first hotfix for this version as we currently expect.  I don't have a specific date for the release.

Sweet!  Cant wait for the fix for BR29198.  That bug is a real pain in the ass!  Not sure how it made it past QA in the first place.
